SIILC – SIMACES has been offering industry-relevant programs in Technology, Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Soft Skills, and Lifestyle to working professionals, students, and career seekers. Since its inception in 2018, the organization has trained over 12,000 students.
Beyond imparting training, SIILC-SIMACES has played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between industry needs and the available talent pool by organizing job fairs and providing opportunities for more than 7,200 candidates to engage with prospective employers.
SIILC-SIMACES collaborates with multinational organizations to implement their CSR objectives, accelerating socio-economic progress. The organization has trained more than 6,000 engineering students in technology and soft skills.
