Operations Executive
• Student Support: Handle student queries, coordination, follow-ups, and day-to-day support. • Data Management: Maintain accurate student, batch, attendance, and course records. • ERP, LMS & CRM: Regularly update and manage student, enrollment, attendance, course, and lead-related data. • Content Management: Upload, update, and organize course content, learning materials, schedules, and announcements. • Course Management: Coordinate and manage Online, Offline, and Hybrid courses from enrollment to completion. • Batch Management: Create and manage batches, schedules, trainer coordination, attendance, and student communication. • MS Excel: Good working knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, data validation, and basic reporting. • Certificate Management: Coordinate certificate generation, verification, distribution, and student support. • Classroom Management: Ensure smooth classroom operations, session readiness, attendance, and participant coordination. • Facility Management: Coordinate training venue, classroom setup, equipment, seating, refreshments, and other operational requirements. • Reporting & Coordination: Prepare operational reports and coordinate with trainers, students, internal teams, and management.
