Welcome to the SIILC Learning Management System (LMS). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using the LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the LMS is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information upon registration. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
  • Authorized Access: You may not share your account or login credentials with any third party.

3. Academic Integrity & Acceptable Use

SIILC strictly enforces academic honesty and respectful conduct. You agree NOT to:

  • Submit work that is not your own, engage in plagiarism, or facilitate cheating.
  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the LMS, servers, or networks connected to the LMS.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the LMS or other users' accounts.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The LMS and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SIILC and its licensors.

  • Course Materials: Textbooks, videos, quizzes, and other materials are for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without express permission.
  • User Content: By submitting assignments, forum posts, or other content, you grant SIILC a license to use, reproduce, and display that content for educational and assessment purposes.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, violate academic integrity policies, or engage in disruptive behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SIILC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the LMS.
